Bodacious Bouquets

Our ‘Bodacious Bouquets’ program was based upon the understanding that nature provides such abundance that sharing the bounty with our community would bring pleasure to the giver as well as the recipient. Roscoe Gardening Club (RGC) members gathered flowers from their personal gardens once a week and gifted all of the residents of ‘North Pointe Terrace’, a local assisted living facility, with a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers. In addition to bringing ‘North Pointe Terrace’ residents beautiful bouquets, RGC members also thanked our local VFW members, Post 2955, for their service by delivering ‘Bodacious Bouquets’ to their Hall. The shared joy experienced by both the giver and receiver was a testament to the power of gracious giving, thank you to all of the RGC members who participated.
